Ascent Flight Training is an established, yet growing aerospace and training company which operates across the UK, delivering flying training services to the UK Government. We want to attract and work with innovative, adaptable and proactive people to help us achieve One Mission as One Team.

We are based across the UK with sites in Lincolnshire, Shropshire, Cornwall, Anglesey and our new modern Head Office in Bristol.  

Our team is known for fostering strong customer and supplier relationships and embracing innovative thinking in everything we do. Whether you're in Year 12 or above or a university student, our Work Experience Scheme provides a unique opportunity to gain insight into a diverse range of disciplines from courseware design, operations, project management, commercial management, media development, finance, HR, IT, engineering, business management and safety and assurance within both a live and synthetic flying environment. We can provide work placements to suit your needs such as working solely in the area of your career preference or experience in a variety of areas for you to gauge a full business experience.
